Funeral services for Roger Lynn Patrick, 69, of Zwolle will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at Noble Baptist Church with burial to follow at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery in Zwolle. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 11 a.m. Funeral services for Dorothy Keel Miller, 94, of San Augustine, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2019 in the Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapek with Bro.

She married Donald “Roy” Andrews on November 26, 1947. Bess is a former member of First Baptist Church of Diboll. She worked at the Texas Highway Department in Austin, TX; the Galleria in Houston, TX; and Harris County Appraisal District in Houston, TX. Bess believed in hard work and a cheerful attitude and always put her family first. George enjoyed fishing and cleaning out the pond.

He moved into law enforcement and served as a peace officer in Harris County before accepting a job in the Polk County Sheriff's Department. He served many years in law enforcement ending as Chief Deputy. Rick retired from law enforcement and managed property and cattle later in life. He was a volunteer fireman in East Texas and a certified First Responder. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Bill loved his children endlessly and was their biggest fan. He was blessed to have a precious granddaughter; Olivia Rose and that little girl was the light of his life. Bill was a son, brother, and friend to many.

If anyone was in need he was right there to help. From his childhood days of helping his mother and daddy pick cotton, to sharing chores with his siblings, to helping neighbors. Growing up, Robert loved hunting and fishing, and continued that sport throughout his later years. He took care of his family, and was a wonderful husband and father, taking vacations with his wife and children.

Visitation and Funeral services for Marna Gail Smith Boswell will be held today at the Hicks Pentecostal Church from 5-8 p.m. Till noon with Funeral services beginning at noon. Burial will follow ther service in the Ebenezer Cemetary. Marna passed away on Wednesday at the age of 64. Ruben Eduardo Nevarez, 68, of DeRidder, LA, passed away Wednesday night, November 2nd, 2022, surrounded by his family at his home.
